Dear parents, please read its operating regulations carefully camping.

Dropping off – collection of children – Visitation

Visitation only takes place every Sunday, in the morning from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm and in the afternoon from 18:00 pm to 19:30 pm. To avoid any disruptions for the children and for the smooth operation of the camp, it is not allowed to visit any other days or hours.

The drop off and collection of the children to and from the camp is done by parents or guardians of the children by showing their ID, in order to verify their information as it is previously stated during the registration of the child. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for their supervision of their children during the exit. The collection of the children by a third party will be done only with the demonstration of written authorization from parents and guardians, which has to bear a certificate of the originality of the signature from a police station or ΚΕP (Local Citizens’ Service Centres) and will state the full information of the third party.

Communication between parents/guardians and children

Calling hours are: 10:00 am – 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. The first three days we consider it necessary to have no communication with the children for their best adaptation. The camp gate remains strictly closed during the following hours: 14:00 pm – 18:00 pm and 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 am. The phone number for the office is 2610 343 131 / 6945 079 436. For the smooth operation of the camp, please adhere to the calling and visiting hours.

Mobile phones and electronic games

Children are not allowed to have mobile phones or electronic toys with them, if this is not respected, in case of loss the team leader and the camp will not bear any responsibility or liability for the fair use thereof by children or supervising children when using these devices.

Medical Issues

Parents/guardians must notify the camp doctor of any health issues their child may have, by completing the special medical history form. In case the child receives any specific medication, the latter must be delivered to the doctor the day of arrival at the camp. Parents/guardians are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness about the child’s medical history. The camp has the right to refuse a child’s stay in the camp if this information is not revealed to the doctor. Parents/guardians must give prior consent to the immediate transfer of the child to a nearby Hospital or health center or external physician at the initiative of the Camp, if this is deemed necessary by the Camp doctor.

The child’s participation in the camp can be interrupted in any case that the parents do not comply with the terms of the regulations or if according to the rules of the common experience and logic, the child’s stay creates a problem in the smooth operation of the camp and to the other children. Indicative such cases are, silence of the child’s medical problems which cannot be treated by the camp, the child’s aggressive behavior and non-compliance with instructions from the Team Leader, the child’s possession of prohibited items (cigarettes, knives etc.).

Choose a group

Each child can choose to be in the same group with their friends, as long as they are register at the same group at least 15 days before the start of the camping season and as long as the children are of the same gender and approximately the same age.

Shopping at the camp canteen

For children’s transactions with the canteen there are special cards of 5 euros, which you can get from the canteen. Every time the child buys something from the canteen, the corresponding amount is deducted from the card.

Collection of personal data of campers and parents/guardians

A. Our camp processes (i.e. receives, maintains and uses) the following categories of personal data: Your and the child’s identity details, your name and (surname, father’s name, mother’s name, residential address, e-mail). As well as information required for the issuance of legal documents (TIN, profession), information of children’s medical history kept by the camp’s doctor. Photos and/or videos of your child from camp activities provided you have given your consent to this.
B. Purposes of data processing: The registration of your child in the camp and the issuance of the required documents. Legal basis for the above processing is the compliance with the applicable legislation, as well as the execution of the contract agreement between the camp and the applicable legislation, also the guarding of children as well as the camp’s facilities, the collection of debts or the handling of any claims. Our communication with you on matters concerning your children and your information about our actions. The use of audiovisual material as a souvenir and promotion of actions organized and implemented by the camp, provided you have given your consent to these actions.
C. Processing is limited within the camp and personal data are available exclusively to our administrative staff, which is committed to confidentiality. Recipients of the data are public authorities, bodies with which the camp cooperates on a case-by-case basis for certain activities, external partners of the camp, such as guides bus drivers, photographers, printers and commemorative editors, nursing staff, lawyers, etc., who are bound by an obligation of compliance of confidentiality, and only to the extent required for the execution of specific tasks/orders that everyone has in the context of the aforementioned processing purposes.
D. The above personal data will be kept during the time defined for each one of them in the current legislation. From the data will be kept them your contact information for the purpose of informing and communicating with you about actions of the camp, unless the right to object is exercised, which is mentioned in the text field below. Photos/videos on the Website and media social media of the camps can remain posted for a period not exceeding five years.
E. Parents/guardians have the rights to access, correct, delete, objection and limitation of the processing of the personal data of themselves and of the children. The parent/guardian also has the right to withdraw at any time moment his granted consent by sending an email to the electronic address [email protected] as well as the right to submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority.
